It was great to see Hoover Dam. I enjoyed the history behind it. The narrative of the bus driver really didn't add much because I was in the back of the bus. The driver spoke very fast. Take advantage of the 2 hours you get to roam around. This is your time to explore. The stop at Ethel M's Chocolate Factory was ok. You only get one sample. Take my word. They had good ice cream. Every item is pricey. If you want to spend more time finding that perfect gift, skip the presentation on the making of their chocolates. The bus departs on time.

After waiting and phoning in, they said that we were not there at the pick up time, but we were waiting for twenty minutes before the pick up time. The tour of the dam and the driver were both great. The driver could not have been any more helpful than he was, but this really spoiled the start and the end of the trip. I am really disappointed in the level of care at the other end once they realized what had happened: they sent out a bus to play catch up with the rest of the tour.

Coach driver very informative, not enough time to soak in the view after doing the tour to the generators etc.
