It was hot. Bus was great, cool and comfortable. Dam tour starts at top. Lots of walking. Elevators down to the bowels to see the generators. Worth seeing. The lunch on the cruise was a pretty good sandwich. One drink provided. Bring your own or buy along the way. Too hot for a slow cruise. No entertainment on the boat. Nice trip overall but a long day with the cruise included. Future option might be a helicopter replacement? Had it been cooler weather it would have been awesome overall.

We really enjoyed this tour. Our bus driver/tour guide (Todd) was excellent and we got loads of time at all the stops to do what we wanted. The dam is obviously amazing and the cruise on Lake Mead at the end was brilliant (and with good food!. Thank you.

Our bus driver was great. I liked Hoover Dam because of the history. And my daughter enjoyed the cruise around Lake Meade.

Great trip and well organized. Bus Driver/Guide was very helpful and accommodating. We all enjoyed this tour/trip from age 14 to age 70. The cruise was so relaxing and enjoyable. We were able to take a lot of great pictures and would definitely do this tour again.

Excellent tour, but how could you miss with such wonderful subject matter to display? Bus and driver were very good, but the lunch on the Lake Mead cruise could have been better, and the $5.00/person "processing fee" at the bus depot was unexpected (I had a party of four) and unwelcome. Please be upfront with all fees and include them in the initial tour price.

Good day. Hoover Dam was very interesting and Lake Mead was peaceful. Queuing to get on the boat was a bit painful but this did not spoil the trip. John our driver was very entertaining and humourous

The only thing that stops me from giving this trip 5 stars, is the inept way this operator has of getting you on the actual trip you paid for. Picked up on time by large coach which was collecting tourists for 3 different trips. We were taken to a distribution point were we had to register at a cost of $5 we were then given wrist bands indicating our trip, then taken to our trip coach.[ All this took an Hour and Half ] We have been on many trips in the past with multi pick ups, the driver usually marks us off for our trip and gives us the relevant sticker or band and tells you your trip coach number or letter. for when you reach your distribution, point more efficient , no wasted time, no extra cost.

Really enjoyed this trip... although not enough dam time. Bus driver was great though, lots of laughs and very informative...

This is highly recommended. The only downside was we went on Christmas Eve which was a holiday and due to the nice weather the place was crowded and it took longer than expected to get into the Power plant, so at the end it was a little rushed. Everything else on this tour was excellent.

This tour was on a coach and was very well orgainised. We stopped at the chocolate factory on the way as our tour guide told us it would be packed on the way back, downside to this is it takes 20 minutes off your viewing time at the Hoover Dam which is more important than the chocolate factory as not much to see there. Also our guide informed us we were not allowed to take any backpacks or large handbags into the Hoover Dam, so we left ours on the coach - when we went inside we saw loads of people with backpacks and large bags. Hoover Dam great to see and the Lake Mead Cruise well worth it.

Great tour of the dam. Very informative and educational, but felt we could have used more time at the dam. We did have to wait about a half hour to get in, so that shortened our viewing time. The cruise was beautiful! It was very relaxing and the sights were amazing. We were disappointed in the bus driver "Spencer" especially since we had loved our driver to the Grand Canyon. We thought he was rude to some of the passengers and he was pushey about a tip from the beginning of our tour asking several times to remember him and realize he doesn't make much as a driver and guide. But the trip was still remarkable!
