The roundtrip transfers were faultless. The shuttle was waiting at the airport, and we were picked up at the correct time quoted by Gray Line on the return journey.

Upon our arrival in Vegas, the shuttle was very easy to locate, though we sat for about 20 mins until the shuttle filled up, but the drivers coming & going were very friendly & accommodating. However, when scheduling our return trip to the airport, the rep instructed us to be ready for pickup at 215am for our 6am flight! I thought that was a little ridiculous, but nevertheless, we didn't want to chance missing our flight home to Philly, but we were at the airport much too early - even the check-in counters weren't open!

This was great. All the pressure is gone. Someone else is in charge of picking you up and delivering you to the correct place. They know where they are going and you don't have to battle with the traffic to find where to go. You have peace of mind.

The shuttle was very convenient and easy to find at the airport. The driver was also friendly and prompt. The price of the shuttle was very reasonable...I will definitely use this again when I travel to Vegas in the future.

They drop and pick up on time. The drivers are nasty. Rude and inconsiderate. Other than that everything was great.

So easy to use! We arrived late and there was no problem getting the van to take us to our hotel. Return to the airport was effortless and right on time.
