Airport pickup was a little hectic, but return to airport was right on time.

The pickup from the airport was excellent, very helpful, polite and friendly guy. The pick up from our hotel was the opposite, very miserable, unfriendly driver, who dropped everyone off at Southwest, even when we asked him is this the right part of the airport for us as we were flying to the U.K.. His reply was yes, go through the doors over the road. Only then were we told that he should have taken us to the international terminal, so then had to carry our cases through the afternoon heat, to the other side of the airport, which took us nearly 20 minutes. We were not happy.
