Make sure you are early for your return trip to the airport. If the shuttle is early they DO NOT WAIT till the appointed pick up time. They should wait at least 5 minutes.

On arrival, it was hard to find the right shuttle. A rival shuttle bus tried to get us on their shuttle. They also told me Viator didn't exist. Once on the shuttle, we were with all the people going to the Strip; it took over a hour to get to our hotel. That was the only drawback.

Easy, easy, easy. Vegas was hot, hot, hot. The only suggestion would be to have a check-in for prebooked that would not involve a kiosk that can get very busy. Perhaps a window which say "prepays". The whole idea of paying in advance was to avoid the lines. People who bought on the spot paid a dollar more. Big deal. If I have to wait for them to pay, what was the point of paying ahead of time?

The transfers were very convenient. Not too long of a wait and didn't have to worry about anything. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The wait outside the airport is pretty chaotic but the shuttle service was still far more convenient than public transport and much cheaper than a taxi.

Personality and mood of drivers did set a tone for my trip. Luckily I had an upbeat, friendly driver on arrival. Would've been nicer with less waiting at the terminal. The moody one on departure seemed to affect the rest of the passengers in his silence. All in all for the price, can't complain too much.

Very convenient transportation to and from the airport. The drivers were very personable and entertaining. Would recommend to any and all in need of a way to get back and forth.

Very convenient, shuttle bus parked right outside of baggage claim area. Call ahead for returning to airport, takes about 25-30 minutes, depends on the hotel location. If you have more than 3 people, then you're better off with the cab.

Only downside, wish we could have been picked up from terminal 2 International arrivals instead of walking to terminal 1.
