I was picked up by Limo from my Hotel and had it all to myself. It was well worth the price. I was set up with the Nightclub on the top floor fo Mandaly Bay!
very good evening trip, limo driver was lovely and looked after us. helicopter tour was a must, evening meal in the 5 square restaurant was delightful. But you have a buy a bottle of vodka to enter the night club even with a vip pass. would do it again
Overall a super night, would have liked more information on the arrangements for the meal and nightclub. We were picked at our hotel by a super limo and a most helpful, lovely driver. One of the downsides was the wait for the flight, we were given champagne but it was a long time. they need to cut down on number of bookings or obtain more helicopters. We left the terminal and were taken to a bus, where we waited again. It was worth it though and my husband and I sat at the front by the pilot - amazing view. Flight is not long, you are up for about 12mins! You then get back on the bus to be taken to your night club. The driver however, would not take us to the Mandalay Bay as we were having the Dinner option. We only waited 5mins and someone came to take us. The meal was super, service excellent, food delicious. Finally we took the elevator to the Foundation Room which has an out door patio - great view. Would recommend the tour. Its something a bit different to do.
Overall, the trip was very good, but we probably won't do it again.
The Bad:
1. I made the reservations to surprise my wife for her birthday. Because of this, I gave the company my cell phone number and asked them not to call our room, so as not to spoil the surprise. Well, what number do you think the company called...not my cell phone!! Even after I confirmed our reservation twice, the company called our room a third time!!
2. The limo ride and helicopter ride were each very, very short. I thought we would board the helicopter immediately after being dropped off by the limo, but instead, we waited in HeliUSA's terminal for 30-minutes, before boarding the flightline van and eventually the helo.
3. No hearing protection was provided when boarding the helo. Those things are noisy!!
4. Expensive!!
The Good:
1. The helicopter ride was enjoyable and the pilot was very nice.
2. The food was very, very good. (We bought the optional dinner.)
3. My wife had a blast.

limo too short, heli trip was a waste of time-we waited over 1 hr to take a 7 min flight and over half of the time was waiting in a hot bus on the flight area watching a stupid video over and over. we did not get our van ride to the club which was stated on the sheet. the VIP into Jet did not happen. I had to call a guy who was not even at Jet that night who then gave me a number to another guy who then made me wait in line to then write my name down. I booked this well before my trip....My name and number of guests should have already been on the typed up list especially since the night I would be going was already established. I will NEVER book trips or activities through Viator again!!! My special 30th birthday was on the 7th when all these activities were happening so my birthday was pretty much ruined. Thankfully my sister was able to get VIP into a different club on short noticed because everything else was horrid. You try to make the best of a poor situation but when one thing after another continued to fall apart I totally regretted spending my money with your company and so did the rest of my friends.
