great people-fun to do once
We enjoyed the whole experience of preparing and packing away the balloon. Flight was brilliant! Champagne was good. Felt a free coffee at Starbucks would have been appreciated.
Athough the experience was great and it did include a complimentary hotel transfer despite my reading of some reviews and the information line indicating there was a $10 per person fee. You advertise this is a sunrise fight but it isnnt the pilot confirmed the companies misadvertise this fact, you dont get picked up until sunrise let alone be in the air. I was disappointed that there was a lot of waiting around and had to stand for approx. 4 hours which isnt indicated in the information. i appreciate a lot of people will be interested in seeing the balloon inflate. There should be a warning that you will also be expected to help hold up the balloon for inflation and control it on landing and deflating, we were lucky that we had a few strong lads but had it been a full group of girls i am not sure it would have worked. The champagne and nibbles was a nice touch. The pilot was very good despite only travelling just over one mile from the take off zone.
Unable to experience until 3/15 because of the weather, but was all imagined and then more.

Due to the adverse weather we were unable to take the trip but the customer service provided by Viator was excellent.
The event itself was brilliant, no outstanding, pilot and 'crew' fantastic briefing, involving and continual communication. The flight and view so enjoyable. 5 stars for baloon company.
However we so nearly did not get this experience!
The problem was we could not contact the supplying company on the numbers given by Viator, this was most upsetting. It was only through the dilligance and research of the hotel concierge that he managed to find another number allowing us to contact the company and make the neccessary arrangements for the following day. If it had not been for him we would not have got our trip! Think viador ought to refund the generous tip we gave him!
Viador get 2 stars, because the website and booking were good, they need to check the details they send to customers!
ok, nice experience, friendly people but not what i was expecting
REALLY ENJOYED THE SUNRISE HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE, HOTEL PICK UP WAS OVER 20 MINUTES LATE ENDED UP TAKING A CAB TO STARBUCKS THE DESIGNATED MEETING LOCATION . THE PICTURES I TOOK FROM THE HOT AIR BALLOON WERE OUTSTANDING..
The Hot Air Balloon ride was great, breakfast OK. We had fun!
Fantastic views of Las Vegas but you are at the mercy of the wind ! If it doesn't blow you won't travel very far. You won't get close to The Strip due to air traffic control regulations but that doesn't prevent the magic of going up in a balloon. the only thing to watch out for is the additional cost of $20 / person for pick-up which isn't always mentioned

After the balloon ride we were informed that we would have to pay a transportation fee of 10.00 per person, to pay for hotel pick up and drop off, which was not told to me in the 3 conversations that we had had with the owner of the balloon. This was troubling to me and only lessened our experience of the balloon ride.
