From being picked up at our hotel to being dropped off again the following day, we could not have been looked after better. All the staff, from the driver taking us to the ranch, the ranch staff and the helicopter pilot, were all helpful and very friendly.
I was very dissapointed with this trip 2 days before we were told we could not go by van and had a heilcopter flight both ways ,this meant we didn't get the experiance of driving to the edge of the canyon, that meant we had to book another trip with another company costing us another $270 for that part of the experiance.The ranch is miles from the canyon rim and if you dont do the opional extra sunset house ride there is nothing to do because your in the middle of nowhere,
The ranch looked like something out of a film set, very disappointed to say it costs so much, not worth the money at all. We were left to do our own thing on arrival. Nothing to do! We were not told anything with was happening, we sat around waiting for evening meal, no entertainment.
