Ride your ATV on an Off Road excursion, up and around trails with the big open sky, the Colorado River and 3 dimensional views of the mountain ranges leading to the Grand Canyon which is an awesome site to take from the top of the trail.The ATV's are late model, 4 wheel drive, fully automatic and a blast to operate. After a safety and operations orientation, both beginners and experienced riders will be ready to hit the trail with the professional guides.
You will be riding on extreme mountain terrain, surrounded by forest of Cholla Cactus, with towering, multicolored rock formations as the backdrop for this incredible scenic tour.
Step into the pages of history, with a walking tour of the Techaticcup mine. You will venture deep into this rumored haunted gold mine and visit 3 different shafts, one of which drops down to over 9000 feet. Learn how the hardiest of men labored feverishly looking for gold.
The lunch/dinner stop at the Old West Town will take you back in time, featuring foundations from one of the original Mining Camps of the 1800's. Enjoy delicious food under the covered pavilion, listening to the sound of the natural spring which attracts big horn sheep, the fit fox and a variety of desert wildlife, so look closely as not to miss the creatures that blend into the natural landscape of the desert.
