The pick-up at the airport was great. The coach was easy to find but we did end up waiting 20 minutes to leave. Leaving Las Vegas the shuttle was on time picking us up from the hotel and we got to the airport with plenty of time to catch our flight. I'm sure we'd take the shuttle again on our next trip!

It's easy to find the shuttle as the personnel at the airport immediately approach you and guide you to the shuttle. It's a short trip to the hotel, but on your way you pass several other hotels to drop off other passengers and you get a mini sightseeing trip of the town.

The coach was available as soon as we were ready to leave the airport and the return coach was easy to schedule. This was good for our overnight stay, but if you will be going off the strip you may be better renting a car.

It would have been a fantastic rating except for the lack of info at the arriving terminal. I had to walk to terminal 1 for info.

Everything went very smoothly which is just what you need at the end of a long transatlantic flight. Even though we switched hotels mid way, one phone call requesting a new pick up point for the return journey was quickly and efficiently carried out.

I had to wait quite a while on a shuttle from the airport to my hotel when I arrived. However, they were right on time when I was scheduled to be picked up at my hotel to go back to the airport.

Had a little trouble finding the desk, but person there more than helpful. Waited some time for coach. Driver very pleasant. Return was a different matter. Was told pick up would be 1210. Approached driver at 1215 who said another would be along to pick us up. Almost 1230 and driver made unscheduled trip to drop us. Not good!

My incoming trip was to be to my hotel, however, I had to go directly to the Las Vegas convention center. I asked to be re-routed to the center and was told 'no problem'. Actually your driver dropped me off at the Hilton Hotel, a distance of one mile from the center. If he had dropped me off at the Renaissance Hotel, I would have had a short walk to the center. Temperature that day in Las Vegas, 106 degrees.

Going to Vegas from the airport was perfect, but for the way back they changed my pickup without prior notice, so I had to take a taxi. It could have been a misunderstanding, but this was not supposed to happen.
