It was a great day, though cold, even for December. We found the decent from the landing pad to the river mooring staging could be made safer and that the additional fee for the Skywalk should have been made clear at the time of booking, but these two items did not detract from the day or the kindness of everyone.

We had a brilliant day out in the Grand Canyon, the skywalk is well worth it. We had been to the very commercialised South Rim before but preferred this trip.

Positives: helicopter unreal, limo stopped off for photos at Las Vegas sign, great going down to the river, skywalk wasn't as frightening as I thought, views from where you have your lunch are fab, and the birds that hover are huge.
Negatives: this was a surprise trip and I reconfirmed pickup details two days before, however they then phoned the hotel room and re-confirmed yet again and spoilt the surprise. There was supposed to be champagne in the limo, but wasn't. The lunch was basic, corn on the cob and meat. Take your sunglasses as on the way back sun is very low.
This is still definitely the best trip around and the views are out of this world. Would strongly recommend visiting the Grand Canyon in a helicopter and definitely not by car. Also take lots of tips as you have to tip the limo driver on the way there. The helicopter there, the boat trip man who is so funny, the coach driver, the lunch people, the helicopter on the way back, the limo driver on the way back.

This trip was unbelievable. We could not believe the sheer beauty of the Grand Canyon. It was worth the money we paid. Everyone was on time, and we were treated so well.
