The tour was much more than we expected. Our pilot Kelly was great. I highly recommend the 5 hour tour.
Seeing the grand canyon from the air is the only way to do it. Incredible! I would probably skip the pontoon ride. It was about 15 minutes long. Why bother. The tour stopped at 3 different areas. One would have been enough . probably just the one with the sky walk. Highlight was the helicopter
Incredible pilot, breathtaking views...food at the site was at best average. 5 out of 5 overall. Would recommend to anyone coming to Vegas.
This tour ticked a major item off my bucket list. She awe the entire day. Our pilot Randal made it more enjoyable. Nice small group of 6. Highly recommended. There is no way I would catch a bus from Vegas to the canyon. Try this visual feast!
This was an awesome experience ! Our pilot Chris was very professional and entertaining! The views are incredible. We did the 4 in 1 ultimate tour. They only negative thing I have to say is do not spend time in the Old West town, move on to the next stop to maximize your Grand Canyon experience.
An excellent day which proved to be real value for money. Well organised from start to finish. Being picked up by limousine was the perfect start to the day. Neither of us had ever been in a helicopter before, but we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The weather was perfect and the flight gave some fantastic views over the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead as we made our way into the Grand Canyon. The experience was added to by the knowledge and commentary of our pilot Judd who pointed out all the points of interest both on the outward and the return flights. This was then complimented by a 15 minute boat trip on the Colorado River, which allows for some fantastic close up photographs of the Grand Canyon. The price appears to be expensive, but don't let that put you off because as I said at the beginning, it is worth every penny (or cent). Although the Hualapai Ranch was interesting, there is very little to do or see. Just make it a quick visit so you can catch the next bus, which will then give you more time at Eagle Point and Guano Point.
I had seen mixed reviews about this tour and was a little anxious prior to the trip. As it turned out all my concerns were unfounded. My wife and I had a great time. We found the service to be as described and very professional. If your a nervous flier, our pilot (Ryan) was very knowledgeable and exuded confidence which again belayed any fears or concerns we might have had. I would have no hesitation in recommending this tour, in fact I would highly recommend this tour to fully appreciate the Grand Canyon and the Colorado River in their full splendor.
Excellence. The tour is pricey but not as tiring as compare to going there by bus. We still have time at night to rest after the tour. The views at Grand Canyon is spectacular but if we can have a little more time it would be fantastic.
WOW this was an amazing adventure!! I was hesitant on spending the money but it was well worth it! My only recommendation is to eat at the cowboy town on the last leg of the journey. Our food wasn't bad at all however were heard lots of folks raving about the food from the cowboy town. We had popped in there and decided to wait because we weren't starving at that point. Our pilot (Alex) was a great tour guide and if you can make requests I would request him. In addition to the taped narration during the helicopter ride he also gave some very interesting facts about the land and the sights. I highly recommend this tour!
Good experience overall. Eliminated, time consuming and tiring, overland travel. Included interesting "bonus" flight over Vegas. Tasty meal at the Canyon rim. And a great pilot/guide . Not to mention the obvious stunning views.
Trip was brilliant. All the staff involved were very helpful. Amazing experience,
An excellent choice. The helicopter company was very professional and the staff friendly and knowledgable. Flying over the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead and down into the canyon was amazing. We enjoyed the boat ride on the Colorado River and the Skywalk. We are glad we did it all in one trip.
To be able to take my two children to view the Grand Canyon via a helicopter was a memory that will last forever. Our pilot Mike was wonderful. Even with an emergency landing on the way back to Las Vegas, Mike was super cool and we did not even know there was an issue until we landed. It just added to our amazing adventure. Having travelled to many countries this experience ranks very high. Thoroughly recommend. Anthony from Melbourne Australia
This was the highlight of our trip to California!! The Grand Canyon was unbelievable! Our pilot was great! Due to floods washing away the pontoon, we were not able to do the boat section on the Colarado River, but we still landed near the river and were given a refund on this section of the trip. Thanks so much!!
What a fabulous experience we had the time of our lives it certainly was worth every penny.
The only one criticism we have was the helicopter was very cramped with six paying guests.
we would still recommend this trip as a must do.
I highly recommend the ultimate 4...in..1 tour by the local tour operator we had a fantastic day. Being transfered by limo was wonderful, but to look out over Las Vegas as we headed to the gran canyon was absolutly marvelous, and to see the gran canyon from above was breath taking. The tour operator is the way to go
We had very high expectations and all those expectations were met. I cannot recommend this tour enough. It is definitely the way to see the Grand Canyon in all is glory. Our helicopter pilot was great. We had the perfect amount of time and never felt rushed. Highly recommended.
We loved it as did our three children. Alex, our pilot, did a great job.
This was a truly wonderful trip. The helicopter company did us proud - Drew was a great pilot and right from the word go we knew we were in safe hands. Cannot praise this highly enough.
An excellent day, although a little rushed. Would have like more time at each stop. The boat trip is not worth it but the rest was great
Excellent from start to finish. LIMO ride was a nice start to the trip and once at Sundance building everything clearly explained by really helpful staff. Our pilot Jeremy was friendly and answered any questions we had during the flight and kept us safe on the return journey when a thunder and lightning storm could be seen in the distance. The storm was actually a beautiful thing to watch from up there :) Richard our guide on the boat trip was an excellent host for that part of the trip and was a pleasure to meet. Food wasn't great at recommended Guano point and photographer never took our pic by helicopter at beginning of the tour but this didn't spoil the day and I would highly recommend it.
great trip, not our first time to the grand Canyon, not in a helicopter over but this was much much better than the drive over and a quick spin around the top.
Alex the pilot was very friendly but reassuaring to the first time flyer in the group. Despite the turbulence (nearby storms made it a bit bumpy) we felt safe all the time. The drop down into the bottom was fantastic, landing on a small pad right next to the river also great. I wasn't expecting much from a 15min river cruise but that was a real surprise. You get a whole different perspective from the river, the local guide was very informative and made the 15mins fly by. We only had a few minutes wait for the helicopter back to the top. Clear instructions for what to do next, recommendations on what to do and not do. We went to Eagle Point, but the Skywalk was closed (same nearby storms), no information on when/if it would open. Went onto Guano point, where lunch was served. This was the recommended lunch and was not great, but then we didn't come to the GC for the cuisine. Guano point was great to walk/climb around, lots of great photo opportunities. we then hear that the skywalk was open, but we were too late to go around the full circuit and catch the flight back. one of the bus drivers heard that and diverted so we could still get to the Skywalk. Skywalk was amazing, shame you cant take cameras and too few photographers to see everyone. Back by helicopter with Alex and great spin around downtown and the strip. The day went really quickly, very busy a bit rushed to get it all in but a day never to forget.
