Brilliant trip and definitely the only way to enjoy the views. It may be expensive, but it is worth it. Believe me, the best you can do to visit the Grand Canyon.

From start to finish, this was an amazing trip. To be honest, I could have done without the limo, a 4x4 or whatever with AC would have done. The only thing I wish is that we did another pass by the Hoover Dam.

A must if you go to Las Vegas. The skywalk was out of this world. The tour was great from beginning to end.

From the moment we were collected from the hotel by limo it was brilliant. The young pilot explained everything throughout the flight and beyond. The helicopter ride was steady for the whole of the flight. I was dreading this ride as before we travelled to the canyon it was by a six seater airplane - never again it was very shaky, the helicopter was the highlight of the holiday, absolutely brilliant. Our friends are going to Vegas very shortly and I have told them they must do this trip and not one of the cheaper ones. Thank you so much and we will definitely be using Viator again.

It is the only way to see the Grand Canyon West. Mother Nature cooperated and it was not as hot as it normally would be, so our trip was outstanding!! Go early in the morning for the fewest lines!!

You can only see the Grand Canyon by helicopter!!! Standing out on the points only gives you a limited view as to how big the canyon is! The pontoon ride was very nice, too, but I wish it would have been longer and gone further down the river. I was also really bummed that I didn't take much video because I expected to purchase the video of our trip from Sundance. Something happened to our video on the helicopter, and I only got a partial refund because I bought the package with the picture. That was very disappointing.

We were disappointed in a couple of things. First, the tour guide on the boat ride couldn't speak understandable English, Chinese or Korean. Second, we were not told that cameras were prohibited on the SkyWalk. It's what we went for. Instead, they want to take pictures for sale, but the line to even look at them was ridiculously long and painfully slow. We finally left there extremely disappointed.
I also had a little bit of a scare with Viator. Because of a family illness, we thought we might have to cancel, so I called to inquire about penalties, which I was informed of. However, within a few hours, I received an e-mail telling me our reservation had been cancelled. The girl apparently mistook my inquisition for a cancelation! I immediately called and was able to correct the situation; the girl on that second call was very helpful.
The Sundance helicopter portion was very good, very comfortable and the sights were incredible...completely unforgettable. It was also very nice touch to have a stretch limo for the pickup and ride back to the hotel. The limo driver was very friendly. All in all, it's a great trip to take to see the sights and the best way to do it.
Very nice trip. Nice flight and boat trip. Skywalk is definitely worth visiting. Unfortunately you are not allowed to take pictures and the ones you can do on the Skywalk are not as impressive as one would expect. However overall definitely worth doing. The only thing to prevent it from getting 4 stars is, given the price, I would expect the personalized DVD to be part of the package.

The tour company did not deliver what was promised, as we had no audio in the first half of the flight, no camera in the flight going to the Grand Canyon, and while the boat ride on the Colorado River was amazing the guide spoke very poor English so we had know idea what he was saying. I myself was on the left side of the chopper and still haven't seen the Hoover Dam. On arrival back at base we were all looking forward to the video and that was when we were told there was no camera in the chopper going across which they knew before we left. The only compensation they gave us was a free photo and a very poor quality DVD, and that was only to get us out of the office so no one else was able to hear our complaint.

You should never miss an opportunity going to see the Grand Canyon. Our experience was fantastic, but I would change a few things. Firstly, don't bother doing the Skywalk. It's a waste of money and time. You cannot take your own pictures. The platform isn't that big. Its just another chance for the Americans to fleece you out of your money. The other disappointment was the boat trip. You are only on the boat for ten minutes maximum. It goes up river a few meters then comes back. It's so disappointing, as the views from the river are amazing. I wish it could have been longer, and skipped the Skywalk.
