It was great.....glad that we made arrangements before getting to the airport. The driver was there and waiting on us.....right to the van and headed to the RIU Palace. Very happy!

the transfers were on time and extremely friendly. On the way to the hotel Geno told us everything about the Country on the way and even stopped at a roadside vendor and bought us some maman Chino's. A delicious fruit. Similar to a plum.
It was so easy and stress free, they even stopped at a near by store to pick up water and sodas for the hotel stay. Saved me some $ that way. The drivers were very friendly. Thank you

It was very smooth. I got a private service even I booked shared trip. When I found they scheduled to pick me up four hours prior to my flight, I asked for a late picking up. They changed schedule according to my needs, leaving me with more time enjoying Costa Rica.
We received the shuttle services as promised and as advertised by Viator. Our driver was friendly, attentive, punctual and made the start of our trip four thousand miles away from home easier by picking us up, as promised at the airport in Liberia, Costa Rica. We plan to visit Italy, France and Spain and hope to use this shuttle service again.It was reasonable and safe.

The driver upon arrival was WONDERFUL. He was gracious, and informative. He offered advice, information on the sites. It was wonderful to speak spanish and feel an immediate warmth. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I felt safe traveling by myself.

Although my flight was at 130 they had someone pick us up at 930which was way too early! We got to the airport at 10am and jet blue did not even open till 11am. I don't believe u need three and a half hours in an airport. But I must say the drivers were on point. Smooth and timely.

Return was not good they picked us up 3 1/2 hours before our flight was departing. We got to the airport before it was open and had to stand around and wait for them to open 2 1/2 hours would be about the right time to get picked up before flight departs.
The trip from the airport to the resort was pleasant. Our driver, Michael, was there waiting for us when we arrived and shared some tips on the land during our drive. He was great. However, on the way back to the airport, our driver was late and didn't give us notice. We had to call the 1-800 number for a status, but was told by customer service that they were trying to reach out to the transportation company and had to leave a message. When the driver did show up, he never even offered an apology. This was very disappointing.
