Road to Pachacamac Small-Group Bike Tour from Lima
Finish your ride at the 14-mile (23-km) mark, where a vehicle will be waiting to transport you to a tasty lunch to recharge your energy before heading to the archaeological site of Pachacamac. This site was once one of the most significant religious centers in ancient Peru.
Marvel at the colossal temples and appreciate the well-preserved frescoes as you wander around this remarkable complex. Learn about the importance of this sacred site from an informative local guide who will explain about local history and myths of Pachacamac. Afterward, hop back in the van and travel along a section of the iconic Panamerican Highway back to Miraflores, where your biking adventure ends.

Great ride, but not for a beginner. It's more technical than strenuous. A lot of downhill, so go slow if you don't feel comfortable with speed. The views from the top of the mountain are breath-taking. Remember to bring a water bottle and some snacks to keep up your energy. Our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. It was a full day of events. It was nice to have a driver for the ruins. You do not want to walk around that whole area.

The bike ride was tough but fun and the guides were awesome! Very knowledgeable and a blast to hang out with for a long day of trail riding. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes to get out and explore what's beyond the city limits.
