Gastronomic lunch was very average.

Obidos was great, lunch at Nazare was very good, Fatima was nice. We don't recommend Alcobaca and Batalha as much, we'd rather have spent additional time in Obidos.

Awesome trip. Tour guide was a smart woman who gave the tour in 4 languages. The lunch in Nazare was more food than I thought and the view of the beach was great! My only con was it felt a little too rushed at times. We saw everything we needed to see but we had to walk a little faster to see it.

There was not enough time to visit the more extensive areas of the two Abbeys. Lunch quite average in content and could have less basic in items served. There was only limited time in Fatima.

We loved the trip and found it to be a day well spent. In particular the lunch at Nazare was a good break in the afternoon.

Was on a business trip and this was a great way to see a nice cross-section of Portugal in a very compressed amount of time. The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. She was also not afraid to directly let everyone know to arrive back at the tour bus on time when some people started showing up 10-15 minutes late. The driver was very professional and the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
Some tips: get your shopping done in Obidos, definitely the best selection and quality of products in all the locations. Unless you are looking for religious souvenirs in which case hold off until you get to Fatima. Make sure to catch a coffee break at each location. Some of the best lattes and cappuccinos I've had and the pastries were light and fluffy. Yum. Make sure to call in advance when you get to the country to confirm your booking.
This was a nice tour.

The beginning of this tour is very disorganized. Everyone is brought to a central point and then distributed among the buses going on several tours. Once on the road, although late, the tour was excellent.

Well organized, good guide, beautiful views, good lunch. I just would have liked to stay in every place a little longer, but got a good overview. Thanks!

Definitely worth doing. The trip was much longer than we'd planned on, but that was OK with us. We were glad they didn't rush us through places - we had plenty of quality time to spend at Fatima. We liked the lunch as well - fresh fish.

This was a good survey tour. There was not enough time for me in each location so I will have to go back and explore in depth. Obidos was delightful - a picture postcard at every turn. I was very impressed with the lunch in Nazare. The meal was delicious and the staff of the restaurant friendly and accommodating. Alcobaca was marvelous, and our guide - who had an impressive command of four languages - gave a very informative tour. Fatima was fascinating. I am not religious but my traveling companions were, and they got to attend Mass in the basilica. Only Batalha was somewhat of a disappointment, not just because of the lack of time, but because there were extra charges to visit the cloister and chapel.

Tour could have been better organized. At Fatima ran into conflict with regularly scheduled mass. The other local provider visits Fatima in the morning, maybe better. However, all promised points of interest were delivered. Hotel pick up and drop-offs were timely and efficient.

It was a most enjoyable tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us much to digest about Portugal as we were seeing it. The luncheon was done just right but the food and service left little to be desired.
