It was excellent. The coach ride was comfortable and the guide was friendly. It was a lovely day !
Our tour guide, Vanessa, was a sophisticated guide. We not only learnt the history of Fatima, we were also enriched by her knowledgeable introduction in agriculture, culture and other aspects of the region and area wherever the coach passed by.
Although it was a very long day, the guide Ana was charming and humorous and gave us information in reasonable chunks that were easy to absorb. Great trip!
our trip was complete success,i love the food the service and the people, specially the fatima trip
Glad that I could spend some time at Fatima and going in the houses where Lucia, Juanita and Francisco lived was a great experience.
This was a heartwarming experience. Very interesting and full of history. Our tour guide was fantastic! She shared details of each visiting site. She gave us an understanding of what Fatima is all about. We both greatly appreciate the knowledge she shared. One person insisted that our guide speak English only. The guide politely explained that she must speak in the languages everyone understands. Congratulations to her for staying calm and professional.
This was pretty much a standard tour, well-done but unexceptional. However, the basilica was closed, which was not the tour company's fault, but the chapel, the site of the apparitions, was open. All in all, we found it worthwhile.
Worth doing as a tour - The tour guide was very multi-lingual and spoke in about 4 different languages. Only problem with this tour was the inconsideration of a few people on the trip who didn't meet on time thus having to wait for some time. I think we should have just left them behind! Maybe the tour guide should have relayed this message from the onset!
.Fatima was a great experence ..we attended mass and looked around the church and grounds. However, the pick up spot was a diaster, had we not started calling the tour service 1 1/2 hours before pick up we would not have made the tour. Better communication needs to be done. Also not enough time to enjoy fatima.
One and a half hour one way. It turned out to a long day, but worth the trip if you made it to Lisbon.
