I had a wonderful experience. My driver met me at the airport and helped me with my bags. On the drive to the hotel he pointed out the sights and gave me tips on where to go and what to see. He also warned me about about dangers and gave me the emergency # should I have a need for such services. I would definitely use Viators again.

If you decide to book this, you'll arrive like a superstar in your chosen hotel destination. The car impeccably clean and the driver is all very professional and efficient. Despite the delayed flight, our driver was there patiently waiting with a smile. Nothing beats that after arriving in a strange place where you don't speak a word of the language.

couldn't have been better. Was waiting for us when we came through and drove us to our apartment in a way to show us some of the sights on the way through. The driver's name was Vitor(sp?). He also gave us a number of tips about what to see and where to go and also rang ahead for us.

Could not get through on telephone to confirm transportation, even hotel had problems. But Viator did call the hotel back while the concierge and I were wondering what to do next.......So it all worked out. Driver very friendly again, and got us to the airport safely in the black Mercedes sedan.

The pickup at Lisbon airport was very easy and prompt. The car was a Mercedes and very clean with a good driver who spoke excellent english.
