The driver arrived right on time, clean and spacious car, quick trip and a pleasant conversation on the way to the airport. With more luggage than we arrived with, this was a much better option than the bus. We will continue to use this service on our visits to Lisbon.

Service was good, a slight problem with the departure as we told them to bring a van and the supervisor came with his car and wouldn't let us put our cases in it. Service on time.

The booking process with Viator was very easy and we booked this private transfer prior to leaving home. Our driver from the local provider, Full Service Portugal, was friendly and polite, but arrived at the hotel to pick us up 15 minutes late. He was very apologetic, but unfortunately it made the security process at Lisbon airport even more rushed and unpleasant than it typically is. The one suggestion I would make to improve this service would be an earlier hotel pickup time - at least 3 hours ahead - especially for international flights from Lisbon back to the U.S.A. Lisbon airport is so inefficient with much time waiting in passport and security lines. We were given a pick up time of 12:45 pm for our 3:15 pm flight. The driver was 15 minutes picking us up, and by the time we checked in, went through security, stood in very long passport and security lines, with the added inconvenience of having to wait for a bus to shuttle us out to the plane on the runway, it was well past the boarding time, with no time for restroom or a drink and snacks for the plane. Fortunately, there were many others behind us, and the plane waited an additional hour before take-off. In the future, when traveling internationally, we'll simply take a cab from the hotel to the airport at our own convenience.

I had to talk to the transfer company 4 times before they could give me a pick up time for my airport departure (and it cost me each time I made a call). They were supposed to call the hotel while I was out sightseeing and leave a message with the departure time, but of course didn't bother. Each time I talked to them I reiterated that I needed them to provide an infant car seat for my daughter. Each time I was told - No problem, we have it noted. But when the driver showed up, there was no car seat. He told us he was not informed one was needed. My husband was surprised the driver actually showed up.
