Our flight to Lisbon arrived close to midnight so it was wonderful to be met in arrivals, to be ushered to a roomy and comfortable car and have a quick trip to our hotel. The driver provided some great ideas on what we needed to see in our week in Portugal.

Driver was waiting for me on arrival and took me straight to hotel. Was on my own in a large minivan and he gave me lots of helpful information on the way in as well.

For the first time I booked my holiday independent of a travel agent, part of which was to book my transfers to and from the airport and hotel. On leaving the arrivals area of the airport there was my driver displaying my name ready to take me to my hotel, no waiting for 30-40 other travellers to board a coach, no 2-3hr transfer going to several different hotels. Viator provided a first class service which I will use again.

I found the transfer booking service on the web site after being referred by a friend. I booked and hoped for the best. As it turns out my fears were unfounded. My flight was delayed for 5 hours. I phoned the emergency number on my voucher international phone call from South Africa, was put though without delay to the relevant number, the call was answered on the second ring by an English speaking operator, my new flight number and arrival time recorded without delay and confirmed. And I was picked up correctly at 1130 at night at an almost deserted Lisbon airport. Thank you for an excellent service.
