After a delay of maybe 15 minutes at the airport while our meeter'n'greeter got various clients organised we had a pleasant drive in a Mercedes sedan to our hotel.

Driver was right on time at hotel from trip to airport. I had the car all to myself. Driver was nice man....very pleasant and reasonably priced expereience.

Our driver arrived around half an hour before the stated pick up time and then he took us to the airport. He was very friendly and his English was very good.

I have now used this arrival service six or seven times over the past three years. It continues to be good value (for single passengers), and reliable. The cars are immaculate Mercs, and the drivers friendly and helpful. Long may it continue!

Very easy find the driver at the airport and the driver had excellent knowledge of Lisbon. Provided a brief tour while driving me to my hotel!

arrival was fine...
needed to cancel due to canceled flight and had trouble reaching anybody so preparation for departure was awful..though the actual departure was fine....the phone number on departure was incorrect...I do not see place to review departure....rating is only for arrival transfer.

We were picked up promptly from the airport and taken to our hotel. My wife left her purse on the van and within 1/2 hour after calling our Viator contact person her purse was returned. Without using Viator our trip would have had a most difficult beginning.

The person meeting us found us right away, got the vehicle while we waited, and filled us in on the sights as we drove to our hotel. Good driver; nice, clean vehicle; money well spent.
