Very smooth. When travelling with kids in the evening, it was so nice to have a simple transfer.

We used the Viator Lisbon Airport Arrival Transfer to save us having to try and get our own taxi when we arrived. It was easy to order and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. We were in our hotel within 10 minutes of leaving the airport. Although a little more expensive, it was worth the extra. The driver spoke good English and was very helpful.

Very prompt service. A pleasant man met us at the airport with no problems, drove us to our hotel, and made sure we were settled. I recommend the service to anyone going abroad.

Driver was at airport but did not have a sign with my name but with the words "Viator" although instructions said otherwise. Driver was friendly and fast.

When we arrived in Lisbon, we did not see our name on anyones pick up cards, but we did find one that said Viator. I went over to him and asked about our transfer and showed him my receipt. He couldn't find us on his sheet of paper, but after calling in to the office, he was able to locate us. He did arrange for us to get to our hotel. After all the time it took to do this, we could have grabbed a taxi and been there an hour sooner and spent less money.
