Deborah is a new guide and has only given this tour twice yet she was fantastic! This was our favorite day spent in Lisbon, in large part because Deborah was such a great guide. She is bright and knows a lot about the history and art of Lisbon. We learned so much with her. She is a true gem and you are lucky to have her among your staff.
It was easy to find the meeting point and our group was small. Our guide, Margarita (don't recall the exact Portuguese spelling) led us on a well paced tour with great commentary on major Lisbon history and sights. Very pleasant and informative.
This was a great tour and great value for money. Saw so much and learned so much from our guide Joanna, whose local knowledge was incredible. Would recommend this for first time visitors to Lisbon (which we were) to get your bearings and orientate to the city and its culture.
This was a very good tour and very good value for money. Our tour guide was Marguerita and she was lovely. She explained all about the history of Portugal and local traditions. We sampled the local sweet tarts as well as black pudding! cheese and wine. There were 4 couples in the group and we had a lovely morning. We took the tram to a high viewing point where Marguerita pointed out the best places to visit on our own. Once again, Viator Tours did a great job!
Really enjoyed the Lisbon Walking Tour, Ines was such a lovely and friendly guide with loads of passion for and knowledge about this beautiful city. We took this tour on our first day in Lisbon and I feel it's a great introduction to this wonderful place. I highly recommend this tour.
Awesome tour! Nina was our guide, and she showed us through whole Lissabon, small snacks, wine tasting and a trip with the tram were included, and she gave us lots of informations. Also, despite the fact that we had to wait for two couples, who were late, she didn't finish the tour early, but instead she took us to all places and kept going until the tour was finished...you don't have that very often anymore! Defintely worth taking this tour, also for this price!
Guide was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions
A great way to get an overview of the City before exploring in more detail on your own
The guide Margarita was excellent. She is a very positive person, spoke perfect and clear English, so everyone could understand and hada personal approach to everyone in the tour group. The tour is definately worth the money, as it is inclusive of a tram ticket, typical portuguese custard tart and wine tasting with portuguese chorizos. It will also save you 5 euros from the Santa Justa lift, as the tour will unexpectedly take you up to the viewing terrace.
This trip was very enjoyable!! There were only 3 of us on the tour so we got to see a lot of places. We also stopped for a pastry and for some wine and chorizo, which were all delicious. I would recommend the tour to my friends!
Marta is an enthusiastic, personable and knowledgeable guide. Her tour was very interesting and varied. Of course, the fact that Lisbon is a great city is a bonus!
Absolutely first rate guide. Sophia was excellent. We saw sites that we would never have seen if we had been there for weeks. Thoroughly recommend it.
We only had a few days in Lisbon and felt that a short walking tour would help us to get familiar with the city. Paolo was a great guide and was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the weather was uncooperative but it did not stop us from us seeing the sights and learning about Lisbon in a casual manner. I highly recommend this short tour if you only have a few days ! Thanks Paolo !!
