Great tour, frequent buses, easy to hop on and off where ever you want.

As stated in my previous review about the weather delay, we arived late in Lisbon and the wait for the airport shuttle now put us 7+ hrs late. We didn't realize there are two Hop-on Hop-off providers, red buses and yellow buses. By the time we figured this out, by the red bus driver helping us realize we should be on the yellow bus, we missed the yellow bus and there weren't any more buses for the day. We only used 24-hrs of the 48-hr ticket. I won't pre-pay for this service again. I'm willing to pay more and get on the first bus available once I arrive.

We found some drivers are helpful than others and the bus tour in Lisbon ---3 routes covered well the areas of interest. The earphones and the languages were in synch and the frequency was okay.

# They have few buses and they come every 45 miniutes (long time) and there headphone is suck.
# Also, you have to get the mini bus in Belem area from the stop number 1 otherwise there will be no place to hop on besides they have only one mini bus in Belem area.
# The good part is the double deck bus gives a nice tour in all over Lisbon.

The coaches were on time and arrived at the venues stated. The only down side for me was the commentary it was very sparse with little detail and the majority of the time was spent listening to music More information would have made it more interesting.

Booking procedures should have let us know that there was three different companies operating the tours. While trying to determine which bus we were suppose to be on we missed our bus causing us to have to wait 30 minutes for the next one. 30 minutes was significantly longer than we experienced on other tours like this one. There was no announcement indicating the number of each stop along the tour. Would not recommend this tour to another person.
