The bus and stops were great, but the commentary describing each site was very limited. I would have enjoyed hearing more details about the history of the area.

If you buy ticket direct from Lisbon it is 15 Euro for 2 days. The driver drive really fast, so you don't have time to enjoy the view.

The tour was as expected and accomplished seeing Lisbon in a short time. Audio guides weren't as informative as they could have been. Two of the plug-ins on the bus didn't work and the bus was full so couldn't change seats.

Enjoyed the Hop on Hop off, however, my father-in-law was pick-pocketed during the tour. Not sure if the bus driver or assistant checks all the tickets of all passengers coming on the bus. Also, the commentary on the ear phones is very brief. It would be good if whilst driving around that more about the history and modern information is given about Portugal rather than just pointing out buildings and areas on the tour. The music is a bit monotonous and having more information would be beneficial and more interesting, especially for children and families.

It was not clear which of the highlights on the map were bus stops as opposed to a spot that the bus passes by. If one has the voucher and no bus stop map it is very unclear, and materials included with the voucher were equally unclear. Both red and blue bus loops showed a lot of the city, but the commentary was sparse much of the time. The fado music on the recording was excessive and repetitive.

there are two routes, red and blue, we only managed to do the blue in the time we had on shore and it was very very boring! it was mainly through industrial and commercial areas with very very little audio explanation - just wailing singing for ages between little tiny snippets of information! maybe the red route was better

It was raining cats-and-dogs during that day. The driver was not that welcoming. The break of the bus was rather noisy. The driver managed to smoke when there was a chance.

Only okay...very little commentary about the sights...sitting up high was fun, but distanced you from the action and made you passive...

The bus was always late. It was very hard to find where to catch the bus in Lisbon when we were starting out.

Not much narrating provided on tour. Ear phones sometimes did not work depending upon which bus you were on. There are 2 other Hop-on Hop-off Lisbon bus tours which we would try next time instead of this one.
