Once we got on the bus at the cruise port, the tour was great. We could not find stop 17 and flagged the bus down. A very helpful driver. Be sure to order a map from Viator in advance so you can find the stops.

Spent way too long and too much money in cab fares finding the bus. You need to provide a map showing locations of bus stops.

Confusing map versus ACTUAL stops, so we missed one bus and had to wait another 30 minutes minimum for the next one, once we found the stop! Also, audio tour was fairly limited in providing city knowledge and in some cases, when there was something to hear, the audio message appeared shortly after we passed the landmark!
Better to buy the LisboaCard or at least the local metro card and do fully independent transportation!

Do not recommend this tour as it skirts the town and they sites are moslty within pedestrian areas. Need to do a walking tour instead.
