This was a nice tour.

The beginning of this tour is very disorganized. Everyone is brought to a central point and then distributed among the buses going on several tours. Once on the road, although late, the tour was excellent.

Well organized, good guide, beautiful views, good lunch. I just would have liked to stay in every place a little longer, but got a good overview. Thanks!

Definitely worth doing. The trip was much longer than we'd planned on, but that was OK with us. We were glad they didn't rush us through places - we had plenty of quality time to spend at Fatima. We liked the lunch as well - fresh fish.

Our guide was informative and multilingual. Lunch was great.

This was a good survey tour. There was not enough time for me in each location so I will have to go back and explore in depth. Obidos was delightful - a picture postcard at every turn. I was very impressed with the lunch in Nazare. The meal was delicious and the staff of the restaurant friendly and accommodating. Alcobaca was marvelous, and our guide - who had an impressive command of four languages - gave a very informative tour. Fatima was fascinating. I am not religious but my traveling companions were, and they got to attend Mass in the basilica. Only Batalha was somewhat of a disappointment, not just because of the lack of time, but because there were extra charges to visit the cloister and chapel.

Tour could have been better organized. At Fatima ran into conflict with regularly scheduled mass. The other local provider visits Fatima in the morning, maybe better. However, all promised points of interest were delivered. Hotel pick up and drop-offs were timely and efficient.

It was a most enjoyable tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us much to digest about Portugal as we were seeing it. The luncheon was done just right but the food and service left little to be desired.

Your description said we would go to Fatima first, when in fact it was the last bit of the day. It was about five o'clock when we got there, with only one hour there. Too many visits in one day, with not enough time at each one. As we had to wait for a slow walker, it was even less! Perhaps description should state length of time at each place and need for fast walking. We were not on the list at the pickup, and if there had not been another couple waiting who were on the list, perhaps we would have been missed altogether. Meal at Nazare was excellent, guide also very good, knowledgeable and extremely patient.

It was OK but no hotel pick up provided as described on the voucher and on the Viator ad for the particular activity.

Poor administration from local supplier.

The tour guide's English was not understandable, and we could not confirm when we were going to be picked up from hotel. There was no communication at all. The driver and guide came at 8 a.m. unexpectedly and were not too nice about waiting for a few minutes. They could have picked up others at two other hotels that were very close to our hotel if they could not wait for even a few minutes. The tour operator should open the office before any tour and the day before any tour for last-minute questions.

Lady tour guide was grumpy!

Poorly organized. Tour tries to cover too much - ran almost 2 hours over. Bus was 14 miles from our hotel, but guide informed us we would be last to be dropped off unless we got off at a different hotel.
