This was an excellent tour. Our tour guide Ricardo was very informative . Packed such a lot in well worth the money as it gave us a little taster of so many places. Worth doing.
I enjoyed this tour very much. Our guide was very pleasant and informative. Cascais was truly beautiful!
Super organisierte Tour, sehr netter und kompetenter Tour-Guide, absolut zu empfehlen. Schön wäre evtl. gewesen, in der Altstadt von Sintra noch etwas mehr Zeit als 20 min. verbringen zu können.
Beautiful places!!!!!!! Cascais is amazing, there is a wonderful view on the way there. Sintra is a cute little town. Very recommended.
Our ship docked at Noon in Lisbon and that gave us enough time to meet our group at 2:00 PM
Our guide was Katharina who was very knowlegeable. We thank her and our driver for a pleasant afternoon and getting a glimpse of Lisbon, Sintra, the Palace and Cascais.
I highly recommend Viator Tours, especially if you have only a short stay.
Excellent tour and value for the price. Guide was extremely well informed and kept the tour moving along at an appropriate pace. Much better tour than the ship could provide not only for the tour itself but at half the price for ships tour of 4 hrs.
Sintra and the Pena Palace were outstanding places to visit. And so was Cascais. This was a beautiful way to spend a half day visiting the coastline and also the beautiful palace of Pena. The guide was well organized and we had ample time for everything. This tour is a must if you visit Lisbon.
Lovely trip. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. She also had to translate into two other languages. Not quite enough time in Sintra.
It was good. Katerina, our guide was very helpful and knowledgable.
Covered more than enough for the duration of the tour.
This tour is recommendable.
Hassle free way to see Sintra and Pena Palace, but if you're the type who dislikes being on a tight schedule, I suggest you take train from Lisbon to Sintra on your own. The quick stops in Cabo da Roca and Cascais were beautiful.
The tour was all it said it would be.
Excellent driver. Exceptional tour guide; she handled all 3 languages beautifully ( hard work). It was appreciated.
Enjoyed the tour--Pena Palace is definitely a place to see. Tour guide, Katarina, was informative and had a good sense of humor.
The tour office was very convenient to our hotel (walking distance) and was in a good location for picture taking, eating and shopping.
We decided on this tour because of entry to Pena Palace--however, timing could be improved as this tour was scheduled only in the afternoon and we left at 2PM. Considering the short daylight time in November, tour should have started earlier and should have an option of having it in the AM. More time needed to see and enjoy the other palace, was given only 20 minutes which was only good for shopping.
Driving by Cascais and Estoril was picturesque, but because it was past sunset, we were not able to take good pictures and truly enjoy the scenery.
Other than these issues which should be addressed, will highly recommend this tour- a must-see.
Sintra was beautiful and a 'must see'. Cascais is also a very pictureque coastal town and I loved the ride alongside the portugese coastline.
A completely different experience. Though the palace is not so royal and big but different on top of montain and the best is the picturesque view from top and all the way back and forth. The best is the visit to Cabo da Roca the meeting point of land and sea....
It was very rushed when viewing the sights, most of the day is spent on the bus.
A good concept but we felt an attempt was made to add too much to the single tour thus limiting the amount of time available at individual sights. Time in Sintra was really too minimal to get a real feel for the location. A very long and somewhat tiring tour overall.
The tour went to nice places, but it was too rushed. Stops were too short to enjoy.
Sintra is a lovely place to visit but not worth doing it through this tour, rather go separately by train.
Pena Palace is easily forgettable according to me, just like Cascais where we had 10TEN minutes to get out of the bus and take a breathe.
The best was Capo da Raco which is beautiful but again, if you can manage on your own, you should do it. The tour as such is not worth the time and money.
