Belle visite manque le palais de sintra mais le palais de que élus et pénale valent largement le détour.
Un guide très sympathique connaissant bien le sujet

The tour was well organized the guide moved at a good pace with lots of information.
I enjoyed the spot we had lunch and the time to see the area and walk around.
Everything went smoothly and would suggest doing this as a tour.
Ricardo was terrific. Very knowledgable - Shared lots of interesting information about the Palaces. Good rapport with the group. Andre, the driver, spoke excellent English and was a master of the road.
An excellent trip with Anna our guide who was very knowledgeable, patient and gave us information every step of the way. This was a fabulous tour even though it rained quite hard during the day. We were taken in a very comfortable coach and there was plenty of time to explore by ourselves. We also booked the lunch which was three delicious courses plus espresso coffee at the end in a lovely restaurant. We really couldn't have asked for more.
Very nice tour the guide was very well prepared on the different sites very skilled driver in the mini-bus! To improve the efficacy of the tour, it should be better clarified in the web site that, after the on line booking, the printed receipt should be shown at the Yellow Bus kiosk at the Commerce Square, in order to get the tour ticket. This is not very clear from the on line instructions.
We had a very good time on the tour, the castles were amazing. I would definitely recommend visiting in the off season when its not as crowded like we did. We were there in February and the weather was a bit brisk but we also didn't have to wait on line any place we went. This tour could have been very different your typical crammed bus and quickly moving from place to place, but that did not happen here. In total including my wife and myself the group was 6.

Tina was a wonderful, well organized guide and the driver was very good also. I think it would have been easier to have me meet them at the square, Yellow bus needs to be more descriptive on the kioski location, because you have to exchange your voucher from Viator for a ticket at Commecio Square, then go on tour. Tina was very accommodating to drop me off close at end of tour- 15 minute walk back to my hotel.
The tour is well paced and you see and hear alot of history. The lunch was delicious.
Great tour! I loved my tour guide. It was a nice trip to three palaces, all so different and beautiful.
This is by far the best tour of the area. With an outstanding guide José who was extremely knowledgeable and interesting to listen to, it made it for a fantastic experience to visit these palaces. Highly recommended and thank to our professional guide José!
Very good tour with an excellent tour guide. Would highly recommend it.
had a great time! the guide was very friendly and gave us a lot of info while on the way to the palaces. Delivered us safely to our lunch spot in Sintra, which was delish by the way, and at the end, took a nice walk back down the road, all the while telling us about the different trees/plants brought to Sintra by the king. Really wonderful tour, time to walk on your own after each palace and very friendly guide/driver! Recommend highly!
Our tour guide Isabelle was knowledgeable, and kept the tour fascinating with extra history on the entire trip. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
The palace selection was excellent. All the palaces were different in their own way and very interesting to tour. The group was very friendly and about 1/2 of us signed up for lunch so it was a jolly crowd. Lunch was not good. I had meat but it was chewy and unflavorful. Other people told me the fish was good and that is what I should have ordered. Who knew! After that, we had about 15 minutes to shop in which I did not buy anything but it was fun to look around. I really enjoyed the tour except for the food.
this was operated by yellow bus/boat tours, they did a really good job! Susanna was an excellent tour guide and we felt so bad that it began pouring rain and yet we still continued on. She was very informative, humorous and very knowledgable about Portuguese history. We did not feel rushed, and got to see a lot more than what we had originally intended to see if we did the tours on our own. The food at the selected restaurant was fabulous and well worth it!
This was a great way to see all three palaces. It took it on Sep. 3. We didn't feel rushed. I opted not to do the lunch, so I had plenty of time to walk around Sintra. Our guide, who spoke three languages, was very informative.
The Queluz Palace looks like a small version of Versailles. The Sintra Palace, which dates from medieval times, has quite a blend of architectural styles the 2 large cones are actually the kitchen vents. The Pena Palace has almost a fairy tale look. From one section of the Pena Palace, you can see the ruins of the Moorish castle which overlooks the town. You might want to bring a light jacket. It was quite windy at the Pena Palace.

This was a great day trip. Our guide was excellent as was our driver. It was a wonderful way to see the three palaces, and each was worth visiting because they are quite different from one another. I would advise people that there are a lot of steps on hard surfaces so be prepared for that.
This was a wonderful opportunity and tour to see beautiful Sintra and the palaces. We were amazed at our bus drivers driving on those windy roads so effortlessly. Lunch was wonderful and am so glad we included that in our tour. No complaints at all.
This was an outstanding tour, full of beautiful grounds, palaces and castles. The lunch was very nice with plenty of good food and wine. Our guide gave us 45 minutes after lunch to walk to the nearby Quinta da Regaleira gardens. Every tour to Sintra should include these fantastic and inspiring grounds. The Initiation Well made the quick tour worth it, even if we had no time to tour the residence which also looked interesting from the outside.
