My only complaint is that directions to the dock are not clear. The voucher doesn´t indicate the nearest rainway station or where to go once you are at the dock. But the experience, once there, was great. Joao the captain was very pleasant, the boat was clean, we had drinks. It was amazing.
Fantastic tour. Goncales was a fab guide and spoke very good English. Boat was clean and comfortable. Only downside it took a while to find where to get on boat as Viator did not give an exact address or contact details for tour operator
we had to cancel 14 feb, because of the weather, but we had great cruise on 16 feb morning it was amazing and will recommend to everyone.
lovely tour. a little bit too long though. 1 hour - 1.30 would have been more than long enough as its a little repetitive.... also, not enough champagne :D very enjoyable though and well maintained boat.
This cruise was advertised for up to 6 tourists on this trip, but there were 10 or 11 plus the skipper, which meant some of us had to sit on the deck at the front of the boat, and could not hear what the skipper said about any of the landmark we passed, or info of cultural significance. We all had one beaker or drink, and not even the soft drinks were replenished, I guess there wasn't enough to go round with the extra passengers on board (?). It was a pleasant 2 hour cruise up the river, but on this occasion, we might as well have taken the ferry to see Lisbon from the river, and it would have been a lot cheaper.
