Great tour! Fantastic group size and the guide was amazing! He really put effort into helping you get your photo opp! I would highly recommend this tour to any Beatles fan!
This tour was great! Stefan was a wonderful guide and took us all over the city to show us all things Beatle, and a few non-Beatle items as well. He was knowledgeable and very generous with his time. I highly recommend it.
I was moved from the Beatles evening tour to the Rock and Roll afternoon tour, but it still covered The Beatles sites I had hoped to see. Our tour guide Bruce was great! He was so patient to take photos of many of us as we did the Abbey Road crossing--a real highlight for me! I saw so many parts of London I wouldn't have otherwise and learned other things about rock history, London neighborhoods and so on. It was a great deal and very fun!
Ian was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable friendly and gave us a fabulous tour. Went the extra mile!
My guide Bob took me all over showing me famous Beatles spots like Abby Road, The area of the rooftop where the Beatles last performed and Paul McCartney's house.
The tour started on time and was great. In fact it lasted slightly longer than expected. The tour guide was very knowlegable and provided many details about the fab four during their days in London. It was great to see the appartments and places that John, Paul, George and Ringo had once lived and frequented. Interesting insight into the lives of Brian Epstein was also provided. A vist to the historic abbey road studio (outside only) and zebra crossing was the highlight.
This is a great tour! The guide was very informative and answered all our questions in great detail. She took us places that we would never be able to find on our own. Well worth the time and money.
Incredible tour; extremely knowledgeable guide. Even if you are not a die hard fan, you will enjoy it.
Absolutely brilliant! The tour guide Chicago Mike was fantastic - informative but not going off on tangents. The pace of the tour was great. The content was spot on - never knew what to expect and that was half of the fun! Felt engaged throughout. The tour itself was well worth the money - and the added extra was seeing Sugs from Madness! I think perhaps you need to emphasis more that it really is a road tour as opposed to a walking tour and a lot more people will be keen to sign up!
Brilliant - can't say better than that!
This was a great tour because in just over 2 hours we covered more than I could have imagined.
The ONLY negative was that we couldn't get photo ops at say, Brian Epstein's or Paul McCartney's residences. It would have been nice to step off the bus at a couple such places and get pictures. The tour could have been longer to accommodate this and that would have been extra fine. ALSO, I recommend that the tour end up and the pub the Beatles used to drink at near Epstein's for a beer. Great way to end a fabulous tour. Guide was well versed.
Only 3 of us on this tour!
Friendly guide, bob, took us on a pleasant evening drive around London. Guide was very knowledgeable about the beatles and the tour ran at a nice pace.
Highlight was abbey road, Paul's house and the site of the rooftop concert. Pleasant way to spend an evening. Recommended
Outstanding tour! There were 6 altogether with my husband and I included and we felt like we had a personalized tour of Central London with the highlights of the Fab Four's homes, sites where they worked and including the famous Abbey Road. The tour guide on June 14 was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable of the lives of the Beatles, and the tour gave us a wonderful ride around London on our very first night in town. This was a favorite time that I had in London. Book this trip!
We were the only 2 people on the tour and Chicago Mike was fabulous! We had a delightful personalized tour
Outstanding tour for any Beatle fan! Our tour guide was outstanding! He had a wealth of information and was passionate about his interest in Beatles history!
Guide was very informative. dissapointed we did not get out of the tour bus as much as we would have liked. tour was more of a drive by and look at where the beatles were at one time. We did stop at Abey road for photos but it was a quick stop. However the tour guide did bring us back to the hotel which was a nice favor.
If you are a really huge Beatles fan, you would enjoy this more than I did, as a casual fan. This is where they did X, this is where they did Y. The guide did his best to fill it with enthusiasm. :)
We enjoyed the Beatles evening tour experience especially the visit to Abbey Road studio and crossing. Informed by our driver/tour guide you could see yourselves on the Abbey Road webcam. It was fun when watching yourselves back later (available for 24hrs). Our driver Bob was very knowledgeable and accommodated a varied mix of questions from different nationalities on the tour. We only live 8 miles from Liverpool (home of the Beatles) but still enjoyed our trip to see Abbey Road, Paul McCartney home and offices, John Lennon and Brian Epstein homes etc. Bob our driver thoughts and knowledge really made the tour worth while. If wanting photos then be mind full of it going dark later in the evening.
