Covered most of what we wanted to see during our short stay. Great buses - very comfortable. Great timings. Highly Recommended
Big Bus did what they promised: buses running all the time with commentary as we went about the city. Enjoyed the Thames river cruise included.
My wife and I had a ball doing this everyone (the employees ) where fun and informative it wasn't your typical read the brochure as they go tour.put their own personal touch on it
I booked this tour as we had an overseas visitor and wanted to show him the sights of London - we weren't disappointed. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tour and saw much more than we would normally pack into a visit to the capital. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Ollie, our tour guide, on one of our journeys was wonderful - he was very enthusiastic, friendly and obviously knew a lot about London.
Tour guied James has a great sense of Humor. Difficulty getting on bus with mobil confirmation. They should fix this issue!
Big Bus trip through London was a super fun! Remember to print your vouchers as the QR code on the vouchers cant be scanned to print your tickets.
Our trip with you was great wish the weather could of been more accommodating!!!! I was surprised and pleased to get discount tickets for the London Eye and the London Dungeons. One very happy husband as he had been wanting to go to the London Dungeons and a very happy wife as I wanted to do the the London Eye. Our daughter loved the whole experience as she it was her fist full weekend in London. So thank you
The guides were fantastic.
Even scored a free day.
Best way to find your way round.
An easy way to see London, lots of buses always running which made it very convenient!
Excellent tour to start off your time in London - even if you've visited the city before. Due to a bad accident in the city, the tours were delayed but Big Bus (as a goodwill gesture - wasn't their fault!) offered a free extended day of touring. Great staff and friendly drivers.
GREAT DAY, BOAT RIDE GOOD FUN WITH FUNNY COMMENTRY LOADS OF FACTS and GOOD VIEWS.BUS WAS ALWAYS AT STOP WITHIN MINUTES OF US ARRIVING and AGAIN GOOD GUIDES. I AM DISABLED ON CRUTCHES and THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS HELPFULL. NOT ENOUGH TIME SO NEED TO RETURN FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS and SEE LOADS MORE and THIS IS THE WAY TO DO IT. THANKS GARY
Unlike the HOHO tour in Palma de Mallorca, where we had to fall in line for almost an hour to hop-on the bus, we hopped-on the Big Bus without hassle and delay. The 30 minute river cruise was a nice experience as well; takes you to the next HOHO station without going thru the traffic, which by the way is very bad in London.
We did this on our first day in London, straight off the plane! What a fantastic way to see London, brilliant guides on the bus with fantastic knowledge and stories! The day we went there were staff members at most of the stops, so it was easy to find. Would highly recommend
This is a "MUST DO" if it's your 1st time in London. The HOHO lets you get off to places you would like to explore more, you get to see the sights in a different angle by taking the the river cruise and plus you'll get 3 walking tours that are included with the package. The guides are amazing, especially Kevin who was our guide for Royal walk and Harry Potter tour.
We enjoyed it very much and would do it again. Some of the " hop on and hop off" coaches have a Tour Guide narrating on board and some don't ( depends on which line you ride). We preferred and enjoyed more the coaches with the Tour Guides on them, hence these are the ones that we highly recommend.
Very good. Highly recommended if you are only staying a few days in London- u get to see most of the attractions. More fun to get on the tour bus with live tour guide than recorded one.
