Great view, and the Royal Air force did a fly-by in formation while we were at the top, then came back shooting out red, white, and blue smoke. Fantastic.

We were very glad we had tickets beforehand. They were much cheaper and we had no lineups for tickets. We were also guaranteed an entry that day.

The fast-track ticket was well worth it! We beat the queues and see the sights of London. Very well directed and easy to do.

Booking in advance was so easy, and once at the location the staff were helpful and friendly, the tickets were available, and everything was so organized, professional, and friendly. Thank you very much.

Informative and fun, with a great, knowledgeable guide to point out the sights and share the history. I recommend taking the flight with a guide, otherwise it might be a little boring just staring at various buildings.

Was a glorious London summers day and spending the afternoon on the London Eye was fantastic. Everything was so efficient and run so smoothly, even whilst on the wheel!

This was by far one of the best things we did on our London trip. It turns out that we went on an extremely crowded Saturday and booking the fast-track ticket was definitely worthwhile. We moved to the front of the line while everyone else waited in the rain!
You do need to call BA London Eye after you get your voucher, but the instructions are clear and helpful to do so. The overall experience booking through Viator was seamless. Would definitely do this again.
This was a great experience, especially for the children. It wasn't as scary as we thought it would be.
