way better than booking with eurostar direct. Had a great day trip
This was my first visit to Paris. I found it really very interesting as I had to plan everything. I spent one whole day in Paris. I started by visiting La Tour Eiffel and bought a ticket on Batobus to visit the other very interesting sites through La Seine river. I visited Notre Dame, Le grand Palais, Champ Elysée, L' Arc de Triomphe and many other places. Paris is really very impressive with the many architectural buildings. Very nice day!
Very good! We had a slight delay at departure because of a stow-away but the staff kept us informed and calm. I have already recommended this to others.
excellent for those wishing to do thier own ting. Had a ball using the metro shopping dinning and looking around on the hop on hop off bus
We wanted to travel to Paris from London to tour Paris on our own for a day. I was able to book our Eurostar tickets plus get Metro passes for equal to or less than booking the train tickets direct. At the station the agent was easy to locate. We received our tickets and information without lines.
This went very well. We met the person who gave us our paperwork and tickets right away. The train ride was very smooth, only rocked a little a couple of times. The Paris pass was great to have for travel from one place to the other. Ride back just as smoothe.
Everything went smoothly. Someone was waiting at the station with our tickets and we didn't need to stand in line.
Excellent service from Viator, great day that will not be soon forgotten. "Brilliant"
This was an excellent way to see Paris on your own if you only have one day there. The metro pass allows you to travel freely throughout the city, giving you the opportunity to see the highlights in one day. It is a busy day! The only two suggestions for improvement would be to have the tour operator be there earlier. The travellers were there on time, as required; however, the tour operator did not show up with the tickets and information until almost 45 minutes later. The other would be to provide a better map of Paris with more detailed information included. (Similar to what you would get if you took the hop on/hop off tour bus)
Worth every penny I paid everything was well organized from London to Paris. The tourist guide was very nice really was a very enjoyable trip. We have done the same trip twice in less than a month.
It was a pretty convenient way of traveling to and from Paris, and the free metro pass was a great help.
Excellent experience! The trip on Eurostar through Viator was without hassle and the free tube passes with a Paris map really cinched the whole trip! Thanks Maria.
For an independent day tour this is perfect. You get the tickets to and from, a day pass for the metro and busses, and a map. There wasn't much more that I needed for a run through of Paris.
Really fun trip and worth every penny. Went like clockwork.
Best day our family has ever had. My 8 year old son has autism, and the French were so nice and considerate with him. A+!
I absolutely loved this trip! The only thing that I had trouble with was knowing where to meet at the start of the trip. (I took another Evan Evans tour the day before and was able to ask.)
The tour representative was extremely friendly and helpful. The information packet held all the information I needed and then some. This was a very well organized tour. I would definitely book this tour again should I have the ability to travel to Europe again.
We had the day in Paris and it was wonderful. We were on our own in Paris and did fine. We went up to the top of the Eiffel Tower, visited the Louvre and saw Mona Lisa, visited Petit Palais Museum, walked down Champs Elysees, saw Arc de Triomphe, and Notre Dame. Loved it and so glad we did it!
This was a great trip - everything went as planned. Although I wouldn't advise seeing Paris for only one day if you've never been there before, this was a greaty opportunity to return and see a few key sights. The metro card worked perfectly (and apparently better than the hop-on/hop-off bus tour). For anyone who has a sense of adventure and believes they can navigate the Paris metro system (it is not very difficult), I highly recommend this trip. Note that it is a long day.
