Almost missed my bus because I was told the wrong terminal number! My printout said one thing. When I called to confirm, I was told something different. At the actual depot, it wasn't either one of the previous two!

The tour guide gave us a closer route to get back to our hotel once the tour was over, but he did not know that that particular tube station was closed for the entire weekend. I wish they were better informed. We had to go to plan B to get back to our hotel, and instead of paying 6 pounds to go back, we paid a taxi 25 pounds. Not to mention all the aggravation and frustration that we had being misinformed and dropped off at an unknown place. I really wish the tour operator could drop off customers at their hotels, even if we had to pay more for this privilege, or at least offer it as a second mile service.

For me, we spent way too much time in Bath and not enough time in Stonehenge. Our tour guide was right, you will either be impressed or disappointed with Stonehenge, but I felt like I had to run to see it. I also did not appreciate the fact we were suppose to be back in London around 6 and it was almost 730. I know they said it was traffic, but they do this often enough, they should have known and there was not out of the ordinary traffic in my opinion, just we left late and got in late.
