Excellent guide (Ed) and very knowledgable and kept our interest high. We should had been informed though that all attractions would have been closed because it was Xmas day. Xmas lunch was of a enrage quality.

There's nothing else to do in London on Christmas Day, so this tour appeared to be a very good alternative but it was very unorganized at the Victoria Station pickup point. We almost got left because original hotel pickup sent us to wrong gate. ur tour guide was unorganized which resulted in our bus being the last to leave almost 30 minutes late. I knew that all the venues we were going to were closed and we would only get a site tour. Because we left late, out stay at Windsor was rush, rush, and we had about 20 minutes there. We literally were run through the streets.
Lunch was so, so and lasted for two hours. We could have had more time seeing things and less time sitting. Food was very average, service at pub was very good.
Our guide was knowledgeable and opinionated which was charming in its own way. My advise. Get started on time. Cut lunch down to 1 hr. Leave time to see the sights even if they are closed. It gets dark early. Be more organized at the pickup point. Have all you passengers from hotels in a certain area of the city on the same tour. That way when you return in the evening you will not spend 90 minutes delivering passengers to hotels all over London. Although we did enjoy the impromptu city tour on Christmas night.
