The tour guide met us at the agreed spot and was very punctural, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Our experience with the Ghost Walking Tour was very entertaining. We were taken to the most haunted spots in London and given all the details of the hauntings. We used the Underground once and also moved efficiently to the Tower of London on a Thames boat cruise. Our guide was a wealth of information and answered all of our questions as well as providing lots of information about the ghosts of London. Very very enjoyable experience. As well, when we called the local contact number to confirm our reservations once we were in London, we met with very friendly, efficient and helpful service. Everything advertised was delivered.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable regarding ghosts and ghouls and we really enjoyed the tour. Walking through London at night is fantastic. The London eye and many other sites are all lit up which adds to the atmoshphere.

We were hoping for more Jack the Ripper sights and more information on him, since he is one of the most famous London killers, however we really learned a great deal of interesting facts about the city, the history, and got goose bumps a few times :) Be prepared to do a lot of walking during this 2.5 hours tour, wear comfy shoes! My feet hurt after we were done. The boat tour down the Thames was a nice break with great views of the city!

This tour wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but it was fun and informative none the less!

Our tour guide Will was knowledgeable and friendly.

While we did get to see some of the haunts of London, we weren't expecting it to be so fast paced. You cover quite a lot of the city, quickly, and mostly on foot.

Would recommend for those who enjoy Ghost stories, but be prepared for a workout!

Need to be able to walk very quickly to keep up with the guide or you could get lost easily at night.

Tour was ok but daylight hours didn't create the right ghostly effect. Guide left us in the middle of the city and said goodbye.

Enthusiastic tour guide but the jokes fell a little flat and for me spoilt what a ghost tour should be all about - being spooked out! All tour was walking outside and a great boat trip down the Thamas - would of been more memorable going inside a haunted house.

I've been on many ghost walks all around the UK and the rest of the world. This was my first in London and frankly it was disappointing.
The guide, Ferry, was a nice guy. The stories seemed like he had googled them 10 mins before. And he wasn't such a great story teller- jumping from one part to another, making them difficult to comprehend. The stories lacked in historical content and the spots we stopped at to tell stories were mostly, a bit rubbish and uninspiring.
The guide was a nice guy and at times quite comical, just seemed like he had somewhere to be straight after the tour.

I was annoyed at how much I payed for this tour as I felt I got so little in return.

We payed £14 each but we had to use our oyster card to travel? Then they said we were going on a boat ride.Thinking this will be good for ghost stories,no it's just the water taxi(whatever you call it)with other people on.The leader was bad a telling ghost stories too!Go on the ghost bus instead.
