St Paul's was absolutely perfect. Harrods--nice tourist stop, but unless you are wealthy, not a shopping destination.

The pickup was not at the hotel as promised but we were driven to the Whitehall area to get the motor coach. We waited approximately 1 hour before we were picked up. The St. Paul's tour was excellent as the guide gave us a wonderful tour. The tea at Harrod's, however, was less than what we expected. We were taken to a far away area of the facility and we were given one serving of tea and one scone. We would have paid extra to have the entire tea but we were not afforded the opportunity as we were constantly encouraged to vacate the premises after one half hour. I would not do it again.

The tour of St Paul Cathedral was awesome. What a great tour. Obviously need to come back on own time to explore more but the tour was a great glimpse of history. The guide thoroughly knowledgeable. Could have listened all day! The tea at Harrod's was disappointing. We ended up with 18 folks, sharing two tables, and each got ONE scone and enough tea for ONE CUP each. Not worth it. Could have done much better someone else having tea and good tasting scones. I would drop the tea part of this tour and just stick to the St Paul Cathedral touring. And given it was post Holiday and pre New Year's, it was so crowded upon entrance into Harrods, too many people pushing. I tried to get a waiter to provide more tea and maybe some more scones but no one person ever came back to our table once they provided the initial tea and scones.

The Harrods waiter was not friendly, there where not enough chairs to accommodate all of the people who were on the tour. He rushed through serving the tea and scones and disappeared we never saw him again.
