This was a very nice tour, but I think it all depends on the driver. The one we got was excellent, he had a portable DVD player and whenever he took us to one of the locations, he showed us the scene on the DVD, so that we could compare. We had a great time and if you are a true Harry Potter fan, you will definitely like it.

Our tour guide was excellent. He had props for us to wear and play with. He took his time in showing us all the Harry Potter sites and a lot of extras sites on the route throughout London. Well worth the cost. Do a taxi tour your first day so you get a feel for the city and what's out there. We waited until our last day, and found a few more sites we could have visited!

Our tour guide was wonderful. He was so interesting. He hit all of the hot Harry Potter spots and talked to my son and really got him into the trip. He also showed us and told us of other London sights as we passed them. We learned so much about Harry Potter and London from this trip. We would definitely do it again.

Potter fans, take this tour! The black taxi was wonderful, the driver knew his stuff, and we had such a wonderful experience in London. We really felt like VIPs getting a firsthand look at London's Potter sites.

This tour was one of the highlights of our week in London. Our guide possessed that magic combination of high quality knowledge on London history and the ability to make it fun to hear. All important with pre-teen boys!

This tour was incredible. Our guide was so good that we booked another tour with him for later in the same week! Not only did it cover some great Harry Potter sites, but our guide also showed us some fascinating parts of London and major attractions throughout the tour as well. A definite highlight of our trip! Guide was on time, very friendly, very professional, and knew London and Harry Potter as best as anyone possibly could.

This excursion was quite entertaining for my adult children ages 20, 22, 22 Harry Potter lovers. The driver escorts you to the sites mentioned, and shows you a film clip of the pertinent part of the movie. He then sort of disappears and lets you take your own pictures, a little bit of a disappointment since often you want everyone in the picture. Some of the sites are incorporated in just mere moments of a film, others, like King's Crossing, are larger. Our major problem was with the size of the cab. A little bit uncomfortable ride for five full-sized adults. If you have smaller children or less than 5 you should be ok. Driver was not real lively but not grumpy either. Did not consider how cramped we were and insisted on talking to us at times cramped inside cab rather than outside. Inexplicably wanted to let us off to shop somewhere when we had clearly said we wanted to be let off at the London Eye. Actually got out of the cab until my daughter said 'Mom, do you really want to walk that far'. On plus side, was flexible about pickup point since we were out sightseeing and didn't want to have to go back to our hotel.

Had a great time, our tour guide was very friendly, funny and informative. He brought along his own props for photos. To actually see where scenes were filmed put a whole new perspective on the films. Well worth the money if your a "Harry" fan.

Our guide tried hard, but most of the sites didn't look at all like anything in Harry Potter. It was not worth the expense.

I felt the cost of the tour was too expensive for the actual tour itself. The advertised 'butterbeer' was not offered to me and the length of the tour was shorten by 30 minutes without an explanation as to why. I felt the tour guide was a little too 'touchy-feely' for my tastes and he was self-promoting his 'private' tour guide services too much.

Limited enthusiasm and discussion by the tour guide about the Harry Potter phenomenon and the characters in the book. Too much focus on the movie location details. Tour guide was personable but restrained. Overall, pleasant but not particularly memorable.
