Being an avid Harry Potter fan, we had a great time at Harry Potter World! Just wished we have more time, we skipped lunch because there was a long queue and we still wanted to see more. 3 hours were short as a good chunk of it is already spent queuing just to enter.
The checking-in process was smooth. The bus left a little later than the stipulated time although we did arrive at the studio promptly. The bus driver was clear in his instructions when it came to the collecting and the distribution of the entrance tickets. It was definitely worth every cent I paid for
We loved the tour when we arrived. We were a little aggravated early on when the bus was 15 minutes late and there was no real info at the gate. We understood better when we saw the traffic and we sailed back into London later in the afternoon. We also did not understand that the tickets were timed entry and it would have been helpful to know that ahead of time, for planning and expectation purposes. That said, we loved the tour itself and liked the spacing of guest entry.
Loved seeing all the props and sets and how the magic comes alive in ones mind. HP appeals to allaround the world and we came from Australia to immerse ourselves in A wonderful world.
Incredibly easy to locate and very friendly personnel all through out. TOTALLY worth the money : We are all huge Harry Potter fans and this place is absolutely unreal and extremely detailed. 5 stars easily! LOVED this part of 'London' even if it is a bit of a drive. You won't regret a trip here but go early so you can give yourself enough time-- definitely pretty close to a 3 hour adventure. And get yourself a HP passport book even if you aren't a kid
We loved the tour...I would recommend though I think that you should state that the train station stop had the same name as the bus station and that you MUST leave the train station to go to the Bus Station and give the address...people were left behind and this might be why...I was confused myself. Friendly bus attendant very helpful...glad we were onetime to the bus on the way back because he was forced to leave 3-4 people behind as well.
this was our only way of getting to see the Happy Potter Tour as we left it late to book. I am so glad we ended up going with Viator. Our bus driver was friendly, fun, informative and made our trip there and back through London like a extra tour. Great little stories about places we passed. The coach was comfortable and it seemed to take no time to get to the Studios where we had an amazing experience. For any Harry Potter fan it is a must. So well done, value for money and an unforgettable experience.
Very good trip the coach driver was very helpful and tre tour was very good
