Fantastic show enjoyed by my entire family.
It was so exciting to see this wonderful production on the West End. Great music and the performances were excellent.
Our seats were in Row R which was unexpected, because I had paid the premium price for the better seats.
It is not a huge theatre, but the box office staff were not sympathetic despite telling them that we had travelled from Australia to see the show, and that the booking was made well in advance.

Easy ticket pick-up prior to the show. Les Miserables at the Queens' Theater was so enjoyable and we had great seats! ("Real" theater was must-do for me during our visit to London.) Our dinner around the corner from the theater, prior to the show, was good and efficient. Walking around the area after the show was great!

The 25th anniversary show has changed. Compared to the show I saw in NYC the director changed somethings. Seats were very good second row !

Enjoyed the show immendsely. However, the seats were OK, but not great. I had purschased Viator's top priced tickets, but the seats were located in the second to last row in the dress circle. I had hoped for seats closer to the stage. Also, Viator was only able to obtain 5 tickets for us... we had requested 7. Two in our party had to sit separately.

Did not receive tickets I was promised. Got worst show tickets in the theater at highest price
