Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the London Afternoon Tea at Fortnum and Mason. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
I took three 18-year-olds boys for high tea and they loved it; one young man asked for another sandwich and it was immediately brought to him. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the boys loved the service, the fine china and the food, cakes and tea. They commented appreciatively on the table setting and the distinctive china. We were not rushed and it was a leisurely afternoon pause.
It was a lovely end to our time in London. Definitely recommend this
This was a delightful treat to sit , relax and experience an English tea! Wonderful surroundings, tea and food could not have been more pleasurable!! Service top notch. This is a must do when in London
It was nice but the dining area looks better in the pictures.
This was to be one of the hightlights of my daughter's and my trip. It was not. First, I had the confimation printout with me, and Fortnum and Mason did not have the reservation. They checked with the manager and he did not have it. I showed them the printout and they had to call the company to find the reservation(which was made at least 2 months beofre we left). We waited for at least 15 minutes before they sat us, telling us they did not know what happened. We were under the impression we were getting the Grand Tea. The served us once and never came back. This was part of my daughter's birthday present and it was not what either of us expected.I would not recommend this to anyone.
