If you have a flight arriving late in the evening, or have a large amount of luggage this is the way to go. No hassling with buses and or trains. Driver was waiting for us when we cleared customs.

Driver not at meeting point on our arrival but arrived 10 minutes later. Same driver took us to airport at end of trip and was prompt. Car clean and driver excellent.

Although our plane was late arriving, our driver was waiting for us with our name on a sign. He escorted us quickly through the airport to our vehicle, which was VERY clean and parked close to the terminal exit. I have been a licensed driver since 1960, and London traffic is among the worst I have seen in terms of traffic patterns and flow. Our driver was safe, courteous, and efficient from the airport to our hotel. We had some minor difficulty understanding him at times, but, in his defense, he has only been in England for seven years, and, to his credit, he is learning to speak the language. In comparing transportation costs in London, including our taxi ride to a different hotel, our rates were comparable, and your VW was much cleaner than the other company's Mercedes! Overall, we were very pleased. Our trip to the UK via Iceland was more chaotic and longer than we anticipated, and it was a pleasure to sit back and enjoy the sights of London. Thank you!

This worked very well! The driver had the car seat we required for our son ready in the car and was prepared for ALL of our luggage. We would definitely use this service again!

We were met at the arrival hall by the driver holding up a card. Unfortunately there must have been hundreds of people milling round with cards and so it wasn't easy to find her. When we did we were taken to the car quickly but again so many people around we had to wait ages for lifts to the car park. The journey to central London took ages because of Sunday evening traffic but the driver was safe and efficient and took us straight to the hotel. It was worth the money to avoid the hassle.

45 minutes late and that was very frustrating. I was tired and just wanted to get to my hotel at that point, not wander back and forth in the airport terminal looking for him. Also the phone number on my itinerary was not answered when I called, so that was no help what so ever.

This was OK. We got there. It was hot in the car, and the AC was not working. In the car with us was the driver's friend, who was on his day off and had nothing better to do than to drive around London with his buddy.
