Well we got from Point A to Point B - but the driver was 20 minutes late and did not say one word to us throughout the trip!

The driver was 45 minutes late picking me up from Heathrow. It took a call from me to dispatch a driver and it was apparent that no reservation was on file, though I had a prepaid voucher in my hand. Once the driver arrived, he was gracious and apologetic delightful, actually. He dropped me at the theatre literally 3 minutes before the play began, and then he dropped my bags at my hotel and I checked in later.

The driver was late, and I had to call the supplier to ask for my driver's whereabouts, in spite of my having made an international call from the Philippines before my scheduled departure. The vehicle used was nearly dilapidated and not worth the price.

The car was new and in good condition. However, the driver was not polite and drove recklessly, while making personal phone calls. Furthermore, when I asked for the air conditioning to be turned on, the driver's reply was that I have to pay extra. This was not mentioned when we booked the transfer.
