Easy ride to the hotel. Driver pointed out relevant things on the way, like the 800 people crowded outside a pub because it was cup final day and that was the last stop on the pub crawl. He also pointed out the Exmouth market area, which turned out to be a good place for dinner and a beer.

How nice to be met at the airport and immediately be taken care of by competent staff. It is well worth the money to be relieved of the stress and worry of getting from the airport right to the hotel when one is tired from the long plane ride.

Excellent and economical way of getting to your hotel in London. The vans are brand new and really nice. Our driver was very friendly and made the time go by quickly. A great option if you have luggage and want to avoid the crowds on the Underground. You also get to see a little bit on London on the way.

The driver was prompt and courteous, and we were comfortable. This is better than a bus, and cheaper than a taxi. It was a bit of a long ride, since we were one of the last to be dropped off.

This service was easy to use. I had to wait a while for a mini-bus, which was annoying after a flight from Australia, but the service itself was fine.

The airport wait was long and confusing. Their excuse was the large number of passengers at the same time. If we all had a reservation, they should have been prepared.

Your office was very easy to find at Heathrow. Shuttle was a bit cramped, as there was no where to put hand luggage, but was definitely worth the time & price. We have used your transfer service before to London & will use it again.

Bus driver was excellent, even helped carry my bag into the hotel. He drove directly to all the hotels, knew exactly where he was going, a credit to the company. He even answered questions for tourists who saw the bus turn up to one of the hotels; he explained the service to them and gave them a number to contact. Unfortunately the man on the desk at Heathrow was a little lost, I got the feeling I wasn't on the list for the day. But somehow things worked out and I got to my hotel.
