We were very late in leaving our ship due to on-board problems. The driver and Viator office kept in touch by mobile phones and waited approx 40 minutes. The very capable driver made up for delays and took us to our London destination at the required time.

Our transportation was promtly on time to meet our cruise ship. He was friendly and pleasant. He helped wth our luggage, and knew exactly where to drop us off. It was a great relief to have our transportation meet us timely in a foreign port. I would highly recommend this company. I have used them numerous times, and they have always been prompt and efficient.

Driver was there waiting for us and it was so much easier to get to our hotel than lugging our luggage through the train and tube stations.

The driver was on time and the car was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. he evn offered to stop for coffeee!
The driver was at our meeting point in about 10 minutes. However, he also picked up another two drops at the same point. Though we were dropped off at our hotel first, we thought this was a private transfer. It was a bit expensive for a multiple drop arrangement.
There was a communication problem with your local provider, City Transfer Uk. I tried to notify them 3 times, by email to advise an earlier pick-up time at Tilbury: 1000 versus 1200. We had to wait 2+ hours
