Driver was 15 minutes late picking us up at the hotel....with no phone call alert. Once he got there, though, the trip was just fine. He was a good driver and we had no problems.

I would rather give this no stars but was unable to submit it without a rating. This transfer was a nightmare. The driver was a maniac who drove way above the speed limit passing everything in sight and continuously overtaking across 3 lanes of heavy traffic. We were lucky to arrive at the Port alive. After complaining to the company they sent us an "angel" for the return journey. Well done!
