The driver arrived early to pick us up from the Hotel and was pleasant and dressed neatly. The vehicle was clean and confortable. We felt safe on the ride from London to Southampton.
Driver was 15 minutes late picking us up at the hotel....with no phone call alert. Once he got there, though, the trip was just fine. He was a good driver and we had no problems.
Expensive but an excellent driver who delivered us to Southampton with enough time to get an early embarkation on the ship. Very efficient service.
