Supplier's rep was still at the airport even though my flight was delayed more than an hour. He was professionally dressed, very polite and graciously wheeled my luggage to the door. Turn-over to the driver was efficient. The van was clean, big, and airy. It turned out I was the only one arriving at that time so it turned out to be a "private" pickup. This is the best way to get to the city if you are traveling alone and if you have a big suitcase to lug around because not all tube stations have working escalators or elevators.

This was the best transfer I have ever had. They took my luggage to the train and were waiting in London to take the luggage again, and then took us to the door of our hotel. It was the best!

We were picked up on time at our hotel. The driver helped with luggage, and got us to Heathrow in plenty of time, even through we had horrible traffic. This is less expensive than other ways to go.

Easy to use. Was picked up on time. Unfortunately, there were two other pick-ups who were no-shows, thus wasting time and waiting time. Service itself is fine.

Worth it to not to haul your luggage, but the pickup time was much earlier than necessary. There was an accident on the highway to the airport that delayed us by at least a half hour. Still had almost 3 hours to wait at the terminal.

Good service. However, be warned -- they insist on a very early pick up time for your flight. I had to be picked up at 3:50 a.m. for a 7:20 a.m. flight to Oslo. I was told it was due to traffic, but we were at the airport within half an hour, so I had a lot of sitting around time.

I do everything by email, found having to ring 48 hours previous to confirm pick-up time annoying as my whole purpose was to do everything by email. I found serious delay in replying to my initial email. The transport service itself I found to be excellent with the staff both extremely friendly and efficient. I would recommend the service to anybody, is easily worth it going from airport direct to hotel as you have no problems with baggage, underground or buses.
