Lovely trip. The guide gave us some excellent History. It seemed longer this time and therefore more for ones money. I was annoyed that the actual Duck people made such a fuss in changing my cancellation due to my Grandson illness. Thank goodness that Viator managed to sort it out for me. First of all the booking arrangements through Viator worked really well.
The tour itself went very well indeed with an excellent commentary all the way. We were well informed about the vehicle and we well prepared for the entry and exit from the Thames.
ALL Duck Tour staff were courteous and welcoming. If I were to use up the generous word count for this review i should be writing 'excellent' another 200 plus time.

My friend and I used the Duck Tou last Saturday (6th October) All I can say is Wow! What a great trip, the guide was fantastic I enjoyed it so much I am savinbg up to take nmy seven grandchildren and sons and wives on. Great

Really good tour, route was different on day we went as it was the para olympics marathon so some roads were closed. However, we enjoyed our trip very much, the guide on our tour knew his stuff and was a witty speaker.

Me and my girldfriend leann allen had a brilliant time on the duck tour and would highly recommend it to others especially the narator who we had he was so funny and made the tour even better than what we expected it to be with his humour, we both can't thank you enough for a brilliant day thank you from myself Scott Lawson and Leann Allen.

As I am very familiar with London Taking friends on this trip did give me some concern, however these fears were soon lost. From the time we booked in we had what we all considered was excellent treatment from the start. The young girl who signed us in could not have been better, and the driver and tour guide were the same, so please convey our thanks to them in making the Duck ride a day to remember. David T
