Great view, and the Royal Air force did a fly-by in formation while we were at the top, then came back shooting out red, white, and blue smoke. Fantastic.

We were very impressed with the service we received. Representatives were very attentive, polite, and engaging. Excellent tour with no waiting in queues.

Personally I was a little scared, I just didn't like the all glass but there was a bench which I stayed on for the whole trip. For people who aren't scared I think it was fun.

Pity about the long wait to get tickets.

The London Eye was spectacular! Not sure what we were expecting, but it was worth the ride. However, retrieving our tickets were a nightmare. We purchased them in advance because we were catching the Eye during a layover. We wasted and lost a lot of time trying to retrieve our tickets because you 'still' have to stand in a long line to retrieve them. You can't use the kiosk if you purchased your tickets from Viator or other online supplier. We ended up missing our flight home and had to rebook. You're better off purchasing your tickets directly from London Eye site for quicker retrieval.

We went in February, so the crowds were light. Once we checked in, we walked right on. It was a great way to see the city. There was even a food court nearby with a variety of food.

Its a cool thing to see and Viator organises the queue and immediate access very well. I felt safe using Viator for this excursion. A must-see if you are in London. The Thames cruise was more than I expected and the information shared on the cruise was helpful and unique.

I believe the London Eye is a worthy stop; however, we found the area around the site messy and not very clean, somewhat diminishing a very pleasant activity.
